Fitted a D2 radiator. one bit left?

    Hey guys,

I'm hoping someone is going to tell me this part is for a Defender because I looked all over and I couldn't find anywhere it would fit.

The new radiator came with 2 new rubber bushes that go on the bottom of the radiator, the restrictor that goes in the fuel cooler line and new nuts that go in the sides.

But it came with is part as well?

    Happy Days.

Do you mean the ones that go over the post on the intercooler? My brackets are far to small to fit that through. The ones that bolt in behind the horns?

    I'm with JC.
Looks like the rubber that sits on the intercooler posts.
It holds one bracket that bolts onto the air conditioning condensor by 2 bolts.
The other bracket that sits over it then bolts to the front panel with the bolt behind the horn.

    Cheers, Kyle.

    Sorry mate,

I have a Disco 2 and I have this part left over.

There were instructions for modifying a Defender for the updated radiator so I took a guess that this radiator will also fit a Defender.

So I'm hoping the rubber grommet is for a Defender therefore it's not a problem that I couldn't find anywhere to put it in my Disco.

    Happy Days.
