    Power window switch removal?

    How on earth do you get the switches in the centre fascia out?

    I am 99% certain that the fascia just pops off, then the switches are in a plate that is screwed in.

    Hmmm. I've got the HSE so it's a big one piece of wood grain covering the entire centre console.

    Take the Auto shifter knob off by putting it into N and heaving. Watch out you don't smack yourself in the face or put your elbow through the sunroof. Then the shifter cover just pops up, and disconnect the mode switch. Remove the TC lever, and the wood trim should just pop up
