There's a few relays. I have shuffled a few around and it made no difference.
Also running out of time to resolve this problem this weekend. Have to be on a plane shortly.

I've had to do this, and unfortunately, while it was intermittent, the extra heat in dry joint (due to resistance) melted a small part of the fuse box. I also found the fuse holder had widened a little, either due to heat or me pulling the fuse in and out, and needed to be tightened up a bit. Somewhere on this site is a picture of the fuse board and the spot that has a dry joint. It only affects the AC fan.

This is a pic from the back of my fuse box, showing the dry solder joint.
I had the same issue with the fan operating only when it wanted to.
Fuse Box is a pain to remove, but not hard, just a lack of space.

Same problem, blower would work when it felt like it.
Having done the research on here and completely ignoring the KISS principle, I removed the fuse box under the steering column and of course no dry joint and blower still doesn't go.
Then did what I should have done first and removed the relay, tapped it, reconnected and blower works :) until I turn the car off and back on :(
Rang local LR Stealers here in Brisbane and was told there is none in Aus, will have to get ex UK and price is $193.75!!!!!
So I have tried ebay etc with no success.
Has anyone sourced a heater blower relay for a reasonable price?
Cheers, Tony
Have a look under its Denso number.

Not what you want to hear but......
I had my A/C serviced. (full service, regas, filters etc ~$700). Apparently they are meant to be serviced every 4 years.
Prior to the service the A/C was working for the two days leading up to the service albeit intermittently. No problems since.
With regards to the radio it was still stuffed for a good week / 2 weeks after the A/C was serviced but like the A/C it has also now came good.
Everything is working.
I think it had something to do with the harness that connects to the fuse/relay box under the hood as I replaced my Master Cylinder Reservoir around the same time. Some dodgy connection somewhere there but who really knows.

@RoundaWhile, can send a genuine brand new blower relay out to you but it'd still be $108, let me know though.
