Disco 2 new fuel pressure regulator problem
Any ideas why one of the hoses would pop off about 100kms after regulator was replaced? Had it replaced Wednesday, drove 80 km across town and back Thursday, 10km to work today. Jumped in car after work, drove round the corner then cut out. Five bucks worth of diesel on the bitumen. Racq took a look, bottom most hose off where it joins to pipe out of regulator, clipped it back on, car running again. Touched it with tip of finger, fell off again!
Thought that it would have been a new fitting?
It's been a sh1tty way to start the weekend, car now sitting in front of mechanics workshop probably getting broken into!

Pipes
The quick connect pipes can cause a bit of hassle make sure
the connectors are clean inside and out push them on give
then a little twist and pull on the flexy to make sure they are
fully on before you switch on ignition and pressurise the system.
4bar is quite a pressure to hold
