That's the longest sentence ever on AULRO.
Well I got the auto service kit for my TD5 from Roverlord express overnite so I thought its midday should be done in a couple of lazy hours, next door neighbour adv me of 5 litres of new auto dex 111 sitting in shed, sweet couple of beers for a trade lookin good, well got under the veh and thought ill make sure I can get the refill plug off first, little did I know that my hex keys were no match for a plug that had been tightened up with what seems to have been a 10ft pole and totally rounded, well it wasnt coming off from under there so in my wisdom thought drop the oil and get it off on the bench, well same pole prev mentioned must have been used so again no hex key on earth was gunna move it, down to supercheap bought a hex socket, came back home and found same goose partially rounded off this one also, wasted trip No 1, vice grips carefully used with application of foot pressure got it loose, drained oil, filthy dark so had to be done no matter what, greasyhands and last bolt out pan slipped and belted me in the eye and oil dripping into same eye so washing face, cleaned pan, magnet didnt have and lumpy bits so all good, ok next was oil filter tork screws, you guessed it same idiot same pole, tork spanners I had was not ever gunna move em, back down to supercheap for No 27 tork socket, couldnt get them in all the way as prev mentioned idiot had mangled front edge of all 3 bolts, tapped tork bit in with hammer seating them well in, all 3 off, clean all bolts up and had plenty of purchase to putback in, new O rings fitted and lightly oiled, cleaned pan, where is magnet, spent 30 min lookin for magnet, lifted and checked everywhere except outside of pan, I must have put pan on top of it, ok magnet found, all done, new filter fitted, gasket fitted, lets get oil from next door, geez dex 11, back down to supercheap for 5 litres dex 111, fitted pan, torqued up, filled pan and using correct filling sequence all done, test drive all good and silky smooth, noticed light on odometer is suddenly decided not to work geez what next, veh in driveway son asked whats leaking under car, OMG pan leaking at drivers front corner just a drip now and again but will need doin, it is now 18:25 giving up until tomorrow, dont ya love workin on landies

PS yeah gorillas and tools do not bode well for the next guy!
had the same issue, three days to remove a sump plug, ended up drilling and using an easy out, starting to build a hatred for air tools.
