G'day... suggest you remove the serpentine belt and idle the engine from cold for about 30 secs-1 minute to hear whether the squeak is present. If it is, then it's not any of the pulleys/pumps/alternator etc.
Switch off engine and feel for any lateral movement in the idler pulleys. Check also to ensure the bolt holding them in place is properly torqued to 50nM (37 ft lb-they can come loose and so will not run "true". This is one cause of the "squeak".
