yep 1 of the first things then replaced tyres still same shake took back and they checked balance so wheels all good
How do your Discs front look now? Are they evenly warn? Any hot spots?
Mine look very good, even pads are even because I was thinking it may have been only 1 piston working in the calliper.
Im taking my discs back off and seeing if there is anything under them that is not making them sit fush.
Yep been there done that, its very frustrating isn't it, I have thrown my hands up with mine and will be booking it for a service in the next few weeks to leave the mech find it
Replaced discs.... problem solved, the wear was uneven causing shudder..
I had the shack so replaced the discs and was exactly the same for me
OK has taken a while but so so many things have happened and delayed getting the shudder fixed, ok finally fixed today and it had the mechanic baffled, he used the run out gauge on the rotors and all good no warped 2 had dark spots on them, pulled them all apart cleaned hubs and backs of rotors put all back together took for run and still there, so took a punt and put all new rotors and pads on as the 2 with the dark spots had Chris thinking, put all together took for a run and perfect not more shudder, he said the brakes must have got very hot to cause the dark spots and this is what was causing the problem. Also Opt B fix carried out on ABS for 3 amigos, so far have not seen them. :D
