    i took another couple of videos lol. still hard to hear through a video though as the microphone on my phone does not seem to pick up noises like our ears do lol!
    i am still yet to pull the belt off and check all of the pulley bearings. i need some assistance with it as my disabilities are hindering me lol! so hopefully get it done later today!

    thats ok, ill try put them on youtube and share the links. i have no idea why they are not working.
    with the nicer weather expected over the weekend, i should be able to get a better idea of the issue anywyas.

    Well have workedit out . pulled viscous fan off, then the little bearing housing thing. Mental blank to what it is actually called. But metal shavings and one completely screwed up bearing :O

    Haha yeah! I am glad I stopped drivingit soon as it started to make the horrble noise. I wonder if it will still make the other noise at the 2500-2800 rev range when this bearing is replaced . hopefully it was all connected? Annoying to find this deal leaking again in the pic though as I only replaced it maybe 6 or so months ago? uploadfromtaptalk1405825967772.jpg

    I just found mine loose and leaking, only replaced mine 12 months ago. Trip to CBC bearings for a new o ring, total cost $1.75.
    Even if it only last 12 months I think I can afford that

    Good to hear that you have found out what the problem is. Hopefully there is someone handy who can help you with changing the bearing.

    I found this guide quite helpful if your planning on attempting to do the job yourself.

    www.discovery2.co.uk / Viscous Fan Pulley - Bearing Replacement

    Managed to source the SKF bearing from CNC bearings.

    Also had to make up a tool to hold the pulley whilst undoing the pulley shaft.
