Check this out, Just a thought. Trog did a trip to the west, had a similar problem, was told it was the pump. Replaced 2 pumps [ I think], came back to Brisbane, found out it was , I believe, the air bleed valve, located in the bleed line connection on the fuel filter. If you have a RAVE DVD, you will be able to see what that is. Basically, there is a restrictor & a membrane, the restrictor has a hole in the centre, to allow air & fuel to pass thru. When the membrane gets wet, it expands, & the fuel doesn't pass thru, that is normal operation. Before you spend big bickies on a pump, check bleed valve. BobBob
