Another quality response from Flo Flex when I asked specifically about whether they're product is compatible with the Land Rover specified torque settings:
I responded to request what torque settings they do recommend then.If you look at the design of ours, you can see there is a lip that you press the bush to. Therefore it is unnecessary to use these torque settings.
Kind Regards,
Rich.

So what exactly is the function of the OEM torque setting in the system. Is the next question I'd be asking.
When you take in to account the price and labor (even your own) of replacing the bushes. I'll be buying the above new link, couldn't be asses making one for that unless you really wanted all rod ended joints.
But add a set of "cranked" arms, which are at least the same price. These allow for extra flex without cranking (potentially weaker) and are solid arms.
Don't forget freight costs.
The quote I received from:

So all up GBP 570.00 delivered which equals AUD $1,020.18 < XE: (GBP/AUD) British Pound to Australian Dollar Rate > - which means that may have to pay GST and import duties on it too...carriage and packing to Hobart 7018 would be £75 (sorry the price is high but this is a large and quite weighty item.)
I wonder if the GBP 495.00 price includes VAT?
I don't really see the point of cranked arms. The forces applied to the bushes remain the same and as the pivot points remain the same the movement is the same. The only thing I could see that might help is the ends of the rods turned a little to align with the axle.
Happy Days
I am pretty sure I read that the rods hit the centre housing on extreme articulation and that the bends are to allow the rods to swing further.
The only thing I could see that might help is the ends of the rods turned a
little to align with the axle.
