Reynolds River Rd opened 2 - 3 weeks ago. Make sure you come in the bottom end and check out Surprise Creek and Sandy Creek Falls.

The Camping has been ridiculous busy when we have been there but Sandy Creek is reported to be pretty empty most of the time. I had a mate camp at Sandy Creek only last week.

If you jump off Florence Falls, make sure you check out where the rocks are with some goggles first. I started to type where to jump but then I thought that wasn't a good idea if you got my instructions wrong. I'd plenty of peolpe jump before but there is usually a couple of people break there back there each year and there is a few rocks near the bottom. I took some goggles and there is a huge area that you can land with no worries but check it out first.

Hi Yorkie sorry to hear of your problem i have just been thru the whole deal my self but what i will say is be very very careful with the auto trans cooler connection or you could end up like me stuck in the middle BF with a split trans cooler cause the pipes out of the cooler are very weak looks like there crimped not welded and with the effort to disconnect and reconnect can crack the pipe at the cooler mine didn’t leak to 3000ks after it has now cost me the auto also you should replace the hard plastic pipes from the top of the radiator to the coolant bottle and the bottom of the coolant bottle to the EGR cooler with rubber hose as they are time bombs waiting to let you down as it did to me

Mines auto, all seemed ok, will keep an eye on cooler lines though. :)

You dont need to disconnect the auto trans cooler pipe connections. Just one phillps screw and slip tab out other side and leave in situ.
