    Thanks fellas for your input its always good to hear others angles on thing i know when the TC is locked that you don’t get the torque multiplication but i do find i am constantly watching the revs but get frustrated when it don't stay locked worst on long straights i generally use 3rd that way it seems to say in one gear instead of back and ford from 3rd to 4th and i meant to say this is towing a 2.5t van not just normal driving i find i have to ease back the throttle to get the lock than i find i start to lose momentum then you have to put the foot down a bit to keep momentum which in turn unlocks again all the while your trying to get a reasonable fuel economy so buy being able to control the lock it should be similar to a manual.
