    If you are replacing the fuse box there is a number on the side which starts with YQE make sure that your replacement has the identical numbers as they are different and not interchangeable

    Flashing Hazards could be cause by Alarm/Imobiliser. My D1 did a similar thing, flashed the indicators regardless of any driver inputs.

    Ign off, unplug, wait 5 min, plug in and go.
