I wouldn't do it, you'll hate it, I would get 4.11 ratios in the diffs, this will bring you back to standard ratios in the D2, but only if you're going to 33s, up to 32s I wouldn't bother.
Remember, if you're going to more than 7% over size with tyres, you'll need an engineering certificate(NSW) even just going to 32s, puts you 9.6% over size, you can go to 245/75/16 without an Engineers cert, of coarse this is NSW I'm talking, other states may be different.
Or you could buy a Defender, just throw on some good rubber, a UHF and you're done
