Asking what it's worth is against Forum rules, but I have altered your question, maybe you should too
I reckon by the time you do what you want, you could have saved yourself the trouble and bought a D2a with the CDL in it, V8s are cheap as chips, there's one in the markets for sale right now, actually there are 2, both autos though, with everything you want already to go touring
