If you have the back end jacked up high, it will assume the hight is OK and will not add air. You may have to lower the back down a bit. Remember to close the doors and have the engine running.

The battery was disconnected the whole time we were changing over the parts. What would cause this? Are you saying that we will need a Nanocom or similar to clear any possible error codes that have been recorded? Or is there something else that could cause the suspension to no inflate? If I push the off road height button, it gives the warning chime 3 times and nothing happens.
as long as you didnt disconnect the sensors and the battery was disconnected there is no reason for fault codes... i said about that in my first post when i didnt know what you did to cover all the options

even with brackets fitted there is a chance that the position of the sensors to be different, i mean the sensor to be more extended than it was before...in this case the sensor's output is similar with the output from inflated bags ORM position from before the mod and in this case the ECU has no reason to give inflation command "considering" that the bags are inflated

IMO you need to plug in a tester and recalibrate the heights as long as you didnt touch anything to affect the SLS's "hardware"...and as said before ' all doors must be closed

Ok. Pushed the tailgate completely shut this morning and it inflated straight away. Feel a bit stupid this morning...

    It's happened to us all

I told my wife I'd fixed the rear door lock and we wouldn't need to buy a $150 door actuator. To prove I was right I got her to shut the door while I was sitting in the back. Problem is door lock wasn't fixed. Would probably have been funny except I have a cage/dog guard and was now locked in the car. Took nearly an hour to free myself

I thought my wife was going to wet herself she was laughing so hard. At least you didn't have an audience
