Fitting an amp to the car radio

I will be changing out my old cassette / radio in my 1999 disco tomorrow.
I have bought a second hand LR cd / radio from Discovery spares. It comes with an amplifier.
The question I wish to ask the forum is where do I fit the amp to?
It is sitting in the post office as we speak so I have not even seen it yet.
    Regards Nick.

I stuck mine to the sub in the boot. That way when I go camping I just unplug 3 plugs and it's all out. No risk of water damage either (not that I do many river crossings lol)

Try one of these depending on your speakers, its nice and small and could fit under the dash easy enough !

    amp

Thanks guys, Turns out the amp under the seat is for the speakers.
I was trying to get the radio to recieve better.
Discovery spares on Ringwood have an amp for $25.00 that fits above the rear RH window. That is what boosts the antenna signal.
I am fitting a LR CD player/radio in place of my old cassette job.
All good now, thanks for all your input.
    Regards Nick.
