Thread: Inlet Air Temperature Circuit Fault

Forgot to check any engine faults. No IAT Fault being recorded.

I did cleaned IAT before left with electrical spray. Hope it is the result of cleaning the sensor.

In this case IMO the sensor works, maybe it was a hystorical fault or bad contact in the plug...or if you had in the past(or have now) oil in the ECM red plug it could have disturbed the signal cos the input from IAT is there... i dont think that gunk on the sensor would trigger that fault code... anyway, i'm glad it's sorted one way or another... if you feel something on the engine's behaviour like loss of power read codes again
