Thread: D2 td5 return valve which way to install.

Hi guys.
Just pulled the fuel filter to check the non return valve ( poor starting, no loud fuel pump)
And found none fitted .
Can someone please inform me which way does it go in.
Like photo or other way.

Hi, hat non-return valve was not fitted to all modells only to latest ones, if you didnt have it you can't fit one cos you need the proper fuel filter housing which was originally equipped wit it, it's quite useless as long as there's no leak along the fuel delivery system, the other one(air bleed valve) used to affect cold start after the engine wasn't started for a while
