So are the needles smaller in Diameter to make more room for the bigger Trunion?
I tried to rebuild my front prop shaft, and failed. Cracked the end caps.
So after deciding it was more difficult than disassembling and reassembling a complete TD5 engine, I gave it to the professionals in the state i'd given up on it. Uni's in the double cardan joint with a new centre bearing.
1 day and $320 later. I have a rebuilt balanced drive shaft.
Indrotech Hallam - Great service good blokes. Previously known as Precision Drive shafts i think, cannot be sure though.

Excellent service and good value for the job. I have had 4 driveshafts (2 x D2a and 2 x Holden fitted up and balanced there.
Good choice and highly recommended.

Digging up an oldie because this is where I am atm, and because I want to swear at Photobucket. ( Did they go broke?? I hope so :soapbox: )
Looks like fun[bigwhistle]
Photobucket changed from a free to a paid sub format. Fine, they need to make money. But all photos that were previously hosted for free, and embedded on countless sites, became broken. This forum is awash with broken photos, thanks to Photobucket. It was an appallingly stupid move that cost them many customers and made their name stink.
From Wiki:

In late June 2017, Photobucket dropped its free hosting service, and started requiring a US$99 annual subscription to allow external linking to all hosted images, or a US$399 annual subscription to allow the embedding of images on third-party websites, such as personal blogs and forums. This policy change, enacted with minimal advance notice, has been highly controversial. As a result, users who previously relied on Photobucket to freely host content embedded on forums, blogs, and websites must either pay the annual subscription (previously there was no charge), or switch to another 3rd party server (many of which are also shutting down or going to pay services; Tinypic, which remained free under Photobucket ownership, was shut down in 2019) and recreate every link (potentially thousands) for every photo previously linked to Photobucket, or have their photos replaced with an account upgrade notice.[4]
