    best way to remove roof rack

    Hi everyone, I have just brought a safety devices overland roof rack . My model is the one that suits disco' without roof rails my question is what's involved with removing them and making sure I don't get leaks? Hopefully it should arrive in 6-8 weeks.

    My understanding is that you have to drop the headlining to get to the bolts that hold the roof bars.
    To stop leaks I would just use Dome head bolts ( for looks only) to fill the holes and slather them with Sikaflex.

    Thats a bloody big Dome head bolt

    32mm holes are left when the rails are removed...

    Why not some Radio antenna blank plugs and fit them.

    You need 4 of these, they come in 31.4mm hole size, maybe some black sikaflex under the lip prior to install, worth a try: https://www.essentracomponents.com.a..._product_id=42
