    overhead powerlines and automatic sliding doors are normally the culprits but as I mentioned earlier mine has not done it since I cleaned the receiver contacts

    You haven't got one of those remote weather stations that give you the outside temp etc? Or maybe check the neighbours.

    I came across this at the ferry to Kangaroo Island. there was a bloke there whose D2 wouldn't start. I loaned him a battery for the fob, but no joy.

    Pushed the car about 100 metres in the car park , no joy.

    The crew pushed it on to the boat. I started perfectly at the other end.

    Mine has refused to start a couple of times at Kincumber Shopping Centre.

    I did a Microsoft reboot, by turning off , unlock, lock, unlock and away she went.

    My garage doors have remotes on them but Ive unplugged them to see whether theyre the culprit but no difference. The powerlines on my street are all underground, the supply to my house runs underground parallel to my driveway so maybe that has something to do with it. Whatever it is doesnt seem to interfere with my wife's VW...Ah well guess ill just park it around the corner or clean the garage out and park it in there!! (around the corner it is) Thanks for all your help.
