A lucky break today.
My 99 TD5 has been getting a bit wooly as far as driving and general engine condition lately.
It has been getting M&S lights and no throttle response. Had to stop and restart to get it back.
This has been getting worse.
Took it to Hunter & Cuthill today in Geelong.
Turned out it had lost a locknut off the injector push rods and one was flopping around loose and doing no good at all.
H&C put in a complete push rod assembly(Second hand) and now I have my usual rocket ship back again. Thank God I took it in.
Hunter & Cuthill are really very good.
