If the fuel pressure regulator vacuum diaphragm was punctured, would it have a similar effect?
It may not be the issue but it is worth cleaning your MAP sensor in the intake manifold as well.

Thanks cleaned map at same time as cleaning inter cooler new air filter done all obvious checks coming down to maf have ordered a nanocom but will be trying to plug into one before it arrives. it's good on slow take offs but floor it as you would 4wding and can't see anything behind its like a batman smoke screen
Have you checked that the wastegate moves freely ? If it was stuck open ( unlikely) you would be low on boost. Low boost or excess fuel = smoke.
X 2 check the waste gate. Have you run it with the maf disconnected? With it disconnected the ECU defaults to a factory setting, so in theory if the maf is at fault there should be a lot less to nil smoke screen. A dodgy injector is a possibility though I have not seen 1. Oil in injector loom? Again dont think this happens as a result, but 1 never knows :)
Cheers Scott
... and replace the crankcase breather(depression controll) valve if you know it's old..this one can cause excess of smoke too
Yep I know it does as under full noise the road disappears in black soot but drive normal Hardly anything unplugged maf not as ad but still doing it have ordered a new crankcase breather of roverlord from here will check waste gate when I get back from site thanks everyone for advice so far
