The first bag was about two years old and the latest bag (the one in photo) was bought late July 2015.

Good news! The manufacturer has agreed to replace under warranty.

So leak is where lines go into the block near the compressor. I can get the whole unit second hand but how much would just the block be or could you fab one up

Disco Dan, have you check the olives on three air lines that go into the valve block? One of mine was cracked.

I will check that first it was bubbling around the top seal. And the thread in block is stripped

I bought a complete used compressor from Discovery spares in Ringwood (Vic.) for $200 .00 delivered. It was good used condition and after two years is doing well.All the best Nick.

Ended buying a second hand valve block and all good. Thanks all for the help
