:DI haven't used any diagnostic tool so unsure what this is telling me. Logically does this info ['disable-key never'] show that the immobiliser can't be immobilised? After reading Pedro's, and other contributors' thread about immobilising I still can't pick up an absolute statement about yes or no. Maybe it is just me!
The townsville dealer is pretty hopeless, but you could maybe try Matty at Mark Nixon Automotive in Hamill St Garbutt, he's got a Nanacom or similar and should be able to do it for you.
