Sikaflex, perhaps. But it is sticky. Get the white paintable one so that you can touch up the repaired areas.

I've had the same issue following a windscreen replacement after extensive hail damage. I just assumed it was a dodgy windscreen job (it was pretty cheap)
Don't forget leaky sunroofs and roof rails too.
I had the same problem, tried the quick fix with sealant, didn't fix it. Turned out to be two holes rusted through the roof either side of the screen. Found one by searching with a small screwdriver, looking under the screen seal at the top.
Because I do a fair bit of beach work, I check often, but this came on quick. Only solution if it is this, is a panel beater, mines done, no more problem.
Yep that was the problem, original caulking had cracked, dug it all out and siliconed up everywhere. Floor was damp gain under the carpet so dried it out. Used some silicon to help hold the A pillar cover in place as the clips where broken.
Thanks for your help.
Perfect timed thread for me. My headlining is out and at the trimmers to be redone due to sagging. Whilst our I removed, cleaned up, refitted and resealed the leaking roof rails and sun screens. Have been driving without the headlining to test for leaks when this morning I noticed a few small droplets on the passenger side of the front windscreen and the damp rubber floor mat. Looks like this is now my weekend plan.
