    Torque values for oil cooler

    Hi all,
I am renewing the seals on the oil cooler and for the life of me cannot find the values for the 2 banjo bolts, cooler to housing ones. I suspect they may be the same as the rest, ie. 25nm/ 18ftps. Any 1 got any idea? Have read RAVE cover to cover and zilch, hardly even mention them!
    Cheers Scott

Ok, As I thought , there does not seem to be a setting, so I did them to 25nm, seems quite tight and firm. Hope so as that is an awkward place to work in and get to. Turbo off, centri filter housing off, and associated bits and bobs. The O Rings on the cooler were on the way out, 1 looked as if it was seeping a little, The O Ring on the centri filter to cooler housing was definitely leaking, the source of my annoying and baffling oil seepage. there was some indication the main housing to block seal was going to seep at the front, all in all I think I nipped them in the bud so to speak. The great thing is the inside of the coolant housing and the cooler matrix itself are immaculate A good indication the coolant has always had a good inhibitor in it.
As an aside how much, if any, side play in the turbo fan is allowable? Mine is just noticeable when you move the center , not enough to touch any thing. But noticeable to feel.
    cheers Scott
