    Rear view mirror with compass?

    Hi all,

    I am about to pull the trigger on a D2. I have x2 potential candidates however I am a little perplexed about one of them. All the books etc tell me it is an MY04 D2 however this one in particular does not have the rear view mirror with compass? Was this an option that was phased out in the later models?

    The compass came and went as a standard feature depending on the year and trim level. It was not a standard fitment for the my04 year according to a brochure I have.

    My 2003 D2a S has it fitted but I suspect it was an accessory rather than standard.

    otherwise you can buy them on ebay and retrofit them them easily
