    CV's and half shaft replacement

Hey guys, I'm about to tackle the job of replacing my CV's and half shafts in my 2000 D2 as I get a really loud clicking sound from the CV's while turning and even worse when centre diff is locked.

I'm just wondering if there's anything I might need to know from someone who has tackled this job before, do I need new seals anywhere, gaskets, will I need to top up diff oil after I'm done due to loss while replacing half shafts?

    Thanks!

Yup, replace the seal whilst you at it. Get a 'thing' to tap the seal in before you start. I used a 50mm plumbing fitting mated to a length of pipe and tapped it in gently.
I unscrewed the sensor and total job took about 50-hour.

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.
