Hi Eevo, while additional info is needed but I’ll take a guess and say those voltages were taken with the engine at idle.Quote:

A low current output and a bit of a current load, means the alternator’s Voltage is being pulled down.
This all points to your voltage readings being fine.

The easiest fix is to throttle up the motor to about 1,500 RPM and you do your voltage test while the motor is running at road speed RPMs.Quote:

Next job is to fix the passenger front window - one of the plastic rollers decided to break off.
