The bloke has washed his hands of it. Can't say that I blame him. He inherited it from 'he who shall not be named'. He has done the right thing all along, and is making a very good offer under the circs. So, now I need to either find another tranny; get a kit from Ashcroft's and do it myself ( I am by no means sure that I am capable ); or part it out. Or, maybe, get a whole tranny from Ashcroft's, and import it without all the trouble I had bringing in an R380 once before.

Anyone one here who has a DeLorean with a Flux Capacitor? The original quote from a transmission specialist looks really good right now.

Every Yoky I have ever had reached around 75% of tread life and just "went off", as I put it. Pressures meant nothing, the grip was just gone. The Geolanders I got were no different. Perhaps our demands differ.

Hey, whatever floats your boat. If they work for you, go for it. My next tyres will either be Maxxis or BFG, as they work for me.
John I really like Maxxis. Had a few versions. I am VERY impressed by the Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs in LT. Cheers

The new bloke is worth a visit, Chris. He has even painted the floor. Very different. Perhaps worth our support.
