I fitted a new passenger door mirror, the whole unit, after hitting a tree wilst off roading broke the existing mirror mounts and the outer shell.
Well finally fixed the 3 amigos, replaced the shuttle valve and so far all good. The wiring on the old shuttle valve was way past its use, all the outer insulation had cracked. Also tided up the wiring on the top front of the engine.

this didn't actually happen today, but I'll share it anyway. The factory stereo system was the top shelf unit for '99. But not having any cassettes I wanted a double din stereo for cd, phone integration, reverse camera, watching movies and easier navigation of usb stick music. So first up, remove the interior to do other stuff not just the stereo install. Get multi tool and cut a big hole in the dash top. Install mounting cage hook up wires through iso adapter leads to factory wiring and bung the stereo in. Awesome sound with factory amp, I just need to relocate the bass speakers in the rear door they are two low and are muffled when the camping gear is in the back.
So the tunes are in but the dash top isn't finished in this photo. More posts to come.

The thing stuttered running down the highway yesterday.. p1129 ? . Was real low on lpg so filled up, (gotta think positive huh..) today's code is p1168... many cylinders resting,,,, car runs fine on pulp. I knew this lemonade thing wouldn't last...
So are you looking for a Triton, Pedro? [wink11]
