Nothing yet, but just got toys! https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...016/12/119.jpg
Well spotted.... yes I did!
Today did the pulsar, chipper shredder and lawn mower... then a run to the recycling depot to dump 20l in their tank!
Conscripted daughter to help with the pulsar, since she drives it now. She now knows how to open the bonnet and check vital fluids :D:D
Cheers

Fitted a new starting battery (D31) ... only got 5yrs 2months out of the failed optima d31 ... Looks like it dropped a cell and the float charger kept trying to get it back up ... hence the top of the battery is all buckled and uneven ... been some heat there !! The D34 aux is still good after 5yr2mth ... charged and rested for 3 days and is just above 13v ... then once the battery was fitted did a 180k round trip to pickup the sons $500 donor vehicle ... 1000kg 6m car float + 1450kg forester ... with a std tune, auto & 265/70 tires I knew there was 2.5T on the back ! Still did it easily just a bit slow on the up hills :p ... and outside was 39deg with a balmy 22deg in the cab ... Neither of us broke a sweat :)

That looks like a massive car trailer!
Update.
Tried to remove thermostat, succeeded. Decided water pipe was in an awkward position so went to remove it as the water pump needed doing anyway. Started the process of getting access for the water pump, oil filter wouldn't budge. Punctured oil filter with screwdriver trying to persuade it to undo. **** **** ****.
Suppose it needed an oil flush anyway :D
Going to go and get a length of pipe and a tool made up to hold the Harmonic Balancer tomorrow with my father in law so fingers crossed tomorrow I can start putting it back together!
Too bad the local exhaust shop doesn't open until the 3rd so I have to wait for my new exhaust studs  And the local dealer hasn't got my replacement rocker shaft bolts and dump pipe gasket
Should be just about right once it's done.
