    Rear Bumper

I've ripped the plastic cover off my rear bumper twice so decided on a new approach.

I drew a roughly "C" shape in cad and had some 5mm plate bent up to make a new bumper. Also had a smaller 5mm plate "C" piece bent up to reinforce the bumper and also to space it away from the body. As I run 265/75-16 tyres and didn't want to alter the stock wheel mount the bumper had to tuck in close to the body. LED's from aliexpress, indicator and fog.

    Cheers, James NZ
PS if anyone wants details or more pics let me know.

After the absolute minimum of investgation,, it seems now that none of the lpg injectors are working, total silence under the bonnet if I start the car and switch over,, might explain the " many cylinders resting" thing,, found one inline fuse that disintergrated when pulled, replaced with no result.. I did have the car stall on pulp during the same 5 minutes,, a couple of meaningfull pushes on the lpg/pulp switch fixed it instantly...

    coincidence?????

would a wire off the back of that switchblock actually stop the LPG system?

I have a 2005 Corolla with 300,000klm and I have changed....a CV boot and brake pads with rotors What happened to your Discovery 2 today? What happened to your Discovery 2 today?. Runs like a new car. Oil doesnt discolour much at all between changes. Tight as a drum. Very little highway use. I wish LR was like that.

    Cheers

They’re good if looked after and garaged when not being driven.

We can’t compare them though, you just can’t.
    A road hatch vs a heavy off-roader.

It’s like comparing reliability & servicing of a D2 against our fleet of Cat and Komatsu. What happened to your Discovery 2 today?
