If you want to do it right , first off remove the exhaust manifold , replace the studs , modify the manifold ( plenty posts re this but I normally de web and drill out all the stud holes to 10 mm except the central ones on cyl 3 ) , while your exhaust is off , remove the cat or replace with a hi flow , you can also delete the centre muffler and replace with a hot dog , leave the resonator on. Delete egr , then buy yourself a nanocom and upload the map to tuner ( I usually use td5 inside , no complaints at all ) , see how you go with this , pretty sure you'll love it , but if you want more its there to be had , just keep in mind if its in the above state of tune the car is going to stay reliable, you really should check everything else is good first ( maf , map, aap sensors, cam timing , injector bump clearance etc. Also bring your boost up to 1.3 bar, do this by shortening the wastegate rod
