    V8 ecu

    Where would I find the engine ecu on a disco 2a v8. Any help appreciated

    just out of sight, use 10mm sockets to remove

    Pedro the cables are easy to get back I found if you follow correct install sequence.
    I can't remember if it was from left to right or right to left, as once you get the correct one in, then the others go in easily in order, and allow pivoting retainer arm to lock down easily.

    What's the logic in putting the v8 ecu where it is when the td5 ecu is easily accessible under the bonnet ?

    Seems a bit Irish to me ... ?
