D2 4.0 Oil Pressure Switch Wiring

Can someone confirm that the wire that goes to the oil pressure switch on a D2 4.0 V8 is a single white wire with brown/dark red stripe on it. Also the "switch" is that and does not send any oil pressure information - other than switching at the correct oil pressure.

I do not have a wiring diagram so cannot check myself.

    Thanks

    Garry

Yes simple switch connected only to the oil pressure warning and white/brown wire, it might have a black wire too connected to the plug but that one is "blank"
