Vic Roads and sense in the same sentence?
Well blow me down and pick me up!:wasntme:
It's a bit like saying "military intelligence" in the same sentence!
"Vicroads don't often make sense, but I think they have it right on this one" I don't know how to do the 'quote' stuff yet.
When the floods were raging through central Victoria during winter I checked up on their web site to see how to get to point 'A'. Sure enough I managed to find a route where the roads were not closed so I made long detours to try get there. :D
Trouble is, those roads WERE CLOSED, when I questioned the guys at that point the reply was, "But this is a Council road, it doesn't belong to Vic Roads!":censored:
For a traveler it is still a closed road and when one has gone to the trouble of checking to see how to get somewhere it's infuriating!!!!!!
