I'd love the chance of playing with air scoops on a bonnet,,
I mean once it has a hole,,
why not add a few??? but modern ones, reversed and below ground so to speak,
like these but, cough, (a lot!) smaller

It would be an interesting exercise to see whats possible, allowing for rain, bonnet supports and underbonnet noise,

You could mount a spare wheel on the bonnet to cover the hole. Now there's an idea.

Can be repaired easily by most competent panel beaters. I had a bonnet and door repaired after holes were punched in them. One was done with a post putting up a carport. Insurance should cover you but will depend on the quote and excess. Had mine fixed by insurance with no issues.

It'l have to be a mag!
    Have you lifted a bonnet?
    they weigh nothing,,
just enough to keep the paint from flexing off

And it would look like a "Proper Land Rover"
How much is a bonnet, second hand? Colour doesn't matter, I'd spray it matt black.

I think you will find that the freight is included in the cost for GST, I'd be happy to be wrong.
