Check for a broken wire in the sensor lead between the Hub and inner guard. Assuming it is an original sensor, unplug the connection on the inner guard and hook up a Multimeter. Then wriggle / gentle tug on the sensor lead between the hub and inner guard.
Had the same reading as you from Nanacom, but "backyard" tests showed nothing wrong. Wire was broken at the last grommet on the hub and faulted under suspension travel, or turning right.
