I guess the diffs if standard will go before the gearbox if driven hard .
But if you are using all that 5.7 litre of torque in 5th gear then it wont handle it too long
So the bell housing is ?

How did you get the ECU to talk to the Rover ECU? Have you gone for MAP?

i might do a write up. more of a documentation thing


it's easy. you dont have to reinvent the wheel.

the GM ecu does the LS1 management
the LR BCU does the body management
and here's the kicker, don't remove the LR ECU because even though it's no longer managing the engine, it still does stuff like instruments and talking to the BCU.

how did you mate the engine and gearbox?
