oops I didn't pump the pedal, but left the ignition on for a minute or so each time and back off, It still started first turn though, and I left it running for 10 minutes without issue after replacing the filter, and no missing or roughness, but turned it off again, then I thought I would take it for a test drive and started it again, but the damn thing running rough again, grrr
that's why I joined the forum, to get suggestions and advice I have been troubleshooting for a week now. I wont give up until it is running seet again.

well after a few long weeks of asking questions, everything possible, I think I / we (forum) have fixed the problem.
the injector harness I waited a couple of weeks for arrived and I fitted it tonight after work with new rocker cover gasket.
brief description was it ran like it had dropped a cylinder, or water in the fuel symptom, and sounded horrible.
it would drive for a few minutes then as soon as I jumped on the pedal, it gave up and had no power, this was continuous from then on, it started no problem at all, but in no time started breaking down at idle.
so while waiting for a part from the UK, I checked the wiring harness, MAP, MAF, intercooler pipes, waste gate, etc etc.. thanks to help on this forum.
I decided to try as much as possible without spending a fortune replacing everything, so I said to myself, change one thing at a time.
well I just took her for a run to stretch her legs and she sounded great, in the distance I just travelled it would have given up prior, just a 6 klm run down the road and back, so tomorrow I'll take her to work to see how she goes. I feel positive that I have managed to hopefully fix it for less than $100
fingers crossed.
just want to say a big thank you to all that gave feedback, it was very much appreciated.

Good outcome Monty , those symptoms were typical of the injector harness , must feel good to have it running sweet again
thanks discorevy
yes good to have it on the road again, it still lags a little I think, it may be the turbo bypass I did with the vacuum hose, so I will put it back to where it was prior to the sensor.
thanks again mate.
