Jazzman either you or Ben might be colourblind haha. Saw Ben and he reckons he has yellow and blue only. He reckons blue are the Super pro and will last. Thing is the neoprene stick out with a shoulder whereas stock doesn't. As a result when it goes in the stirup it has to be hammered in and rips parts of the shoulder out....then quickly wears rest of Bush with the strain on what's left of the shoulder...

I recall the fitting problem. It was that the eurothane bushes had shoulders that stick out where the stock ones don't. It had to be smacked it into the stirup with a mallet and that caused the shoulders to squash a lot and removed a bit of the shoulders.
Do the Super pro more closely resemble the annealed steel and rubber stockers? If I go Super pro I need to be confident I can fit the bar without the shoulders squashing or losing bits of eurothane

If you had to hammer it in that is not a proper fit and that was your problem to start with[bighmmm]
Hammering them in is the first sign something is not a correct fit.
Id back away from anything that does not fit correctly as a OEM replacement even it is a after market replacement part[wink11]

The shoulder on the bush will pull through and pop out the other side, but make sure you have lube on that bush and the bore of the eye.
As for urethane bush's I wouldn't use any except Super Pro, they're the only ones I trust and are generally a better bush (design, durometer # and life) than OE.
Thanks Rick. Sorry I wasn't very clear. The plastic bushes were fine going into the rod. The rod was very hard to seat home into the axle stirrups and needed to be hammered home. Cheers

Ok Ben from APT has grabbed some Superpro bushes. I am still unsure how it will work if they get damaged when the bar itself is fitted into the axle. I can use soap etc but surely it's a size issue? Has anyone had this problem? Cheers
Seems to me that your axel mount point is too tight. My Nolathane adjustable bar goes in and out with just me pushing/pulling. Can you open it up some?
