    Cracked and damaged binnacle

Does anyone know where you can get a replacement binnacle for the drivers side of a d2? Every parts place has the same issue with them being cracked and broken.
I'm considering ordering a run of re-made ones from china at this rate...

I wish mine broke like that! Ive got a huge split right down the middle no luck with glue so far. If i get enough interest i might get some made up aftermarket in china.

its a pretty big crack. so far everytime i take it off road it rattles the crack open again. Considering trying to use some shim steel backing and try gluing it again

I have repaired a cracked console ( where the gesr lever is) with skinning the inside with fiberglass cloth and resin , held for 5 years and still held when I sold it.

You can try getting some aluminium fly mesh and melting that into the plastic with a soldering iron to hold the two plastic sides together. Use a fan to push the fumes away from you though.
