I am heading up to Carrarang Station on Monday for a weeks fishing and will be doing a fair bit of "Ticky Touring" while I am up there So it should give the Titan drawers a good workout especially on the Useless Loop road corrugations.
I'll let you know how they go when I get back

    Titan drawers

I've just finished fitting the Titan drawers (from 4wd Supacentre) to my 2003 Disco Td5. It took a bit of fettling, but they fit well now with the rear seats in place. I had to cut 12mm off the back of the fridge slide and the RHS plywood top so that the rear door can close with the seats in their normal position. It's bolted down to the 3rd row seat fixing points and the bolt down points that the cargo barrier was fixed to. As you can see, I also moved the tool caddy on the door. The drawers are solid units and when closed they are nice and tight with no rattling around. Overall, I'm very happy with how they turned out.

Looks great. Is that a front door pocket you have mounted up there under the window?

No, it's the rear door pocket. I just moved it up to clear the drawers so that the door can close.

The drawers are exactly 900mm long. The seats and the cargo barrier slope backwards so unfortunately the barrier had to come out.

Hmm. I took mine off. Never thought of that. Where's the other one?

Just an update on these Titan drawers.
The handles that are supplied with these are pretty flimsy and one of mine snapped when I got a but heavy handed with it.
The good news is these can be replaced for under $10 at Bunnings for a set of steel folding handles

Just collected my set from Lawnton, and after removing the rear pocket they *just* fit with the rear seats in place, no need to modify the top, but I may do so to create a little breathing room.

I'm not really sure what to do about fixing them in place, had a quick look but saw no obvious mounting points, see some mention seat or cargo barrier mounting points, but I couldn't see any, I was thinking of just using some heavy duty cable ties and the cargo rings

Just fitted mine now, after some consideration I cut 10mm off either end of the tops. I also relocated the rear pocket so its now between the drawers and the boot cover.

To hold the drawers in place I cable tied them to the front cargo tie downs, seams to do the job quite nicely.
