Question TD5 suspected Rear Main Oil Seal leak

I have a mystery oil leak on my TD5 D2a. Having cleaned up the block and underside of the vehicle a few times now I'm becoming convinced that it's likely the LUF100420 rear main crankshaft oil seal that is leaking as it seems that the dirty engine oil is mainly dripping out from the drain hole in the bottom of the transmissions bell housing. Is this a common issue or is there something else in that area that could be the cause?

I imagine it was wet before the Provent install, i have a oil in the same area and have done sump gasket, silicone on the cam plugs and stripped bolt on the rotor filter, I still have to wash it and a run i'm crossing my fingers now.
I have a POS inspection camera using it i still could not determine if the rear main was sus.

Not running down from the rocker cover or the rear cam cover plug?

I have a slight weep from between the top of the head and the plate that is below the rocker cover (is it called the cam cover perhaps?), but AFAIK it's headbolts out to fix that. It's only a slight seeping weep, very little so not worried about it. The rocker cover and front round plastic disc have been replaced and aren't leaking. I didn't realise that there was a rear cam cover plug - is it accessible with the motor fitted in the vehicle to replace?

EDIT: just found ERR5369 Seal Camshaft Rear in Microcat.

Hmmm!... I posted similarily in the recent past also fearing the worst and it was suggested that I check the fuel pressure regulator (i have a Td5) and yes it was the culprit - which reminds me... I have to post pics of the install

I did flick my rear cam plug out with a small screwdriver, that's on a 15p not sure if the 10p use the same plug it's like a cup type welsh plug fitted ar#e about with bonded neoprene on the sealing area.
Kinchrome make a mirror with a light in it which has been handy on the TD5.

My manual Td5 had a similar leak, turned out to be the rear main crank seal. Not leaking from the crank part of the seal, but leaking from where the seal bolts to the block. The 'O' seal was fully crushed so not sealing fully anymore.

New rear crank seal and all is good again.
