Yes, I was reading up on the Viscous fan and testing it last night after posting this, however, I think you have inadvertently answered another minor issue I had, and that is, 'why I was getting warm air blowing over my feet when the aircon should have been active'

Ok, fixed the viscous fan, now what about my turbo boost, its still at 0.7 bar, is it a good idea to start messing with the wastegate screw length?
