If it's all designed properly, it should last no dramas. Bigger Diesel engines run huge boost pressures too. The Cummins Signature runs over 50psi in some iterations, as does the QSK series engines - up to 60 litre V16's.
Boost hose connections, etc can cop a flogging if not fitted exactly right and they go off like a shotgun when they let go, but overall the engines live fine. Turbos would be fried by 500,000km though best case in these engines on highway, or 20,000 hours in stationary applications.
It remains to be seen if LR can get it right though.
