I've got to say, in all fairness to Tridon (just got off the phone with their area manager), they are pretty reasonable about this, their area manager is coming to collect the sensor and has apologized for the misinformation from the re-seller, at the end of all this they are crediting the reseller for the part and postage so really got no idea why the guy needs to be such a jerk about this!
Is it actually a genuine tridon sensor?
There have been quite a few cases of people purchasing "genuine" Bosch stuff off eBay, only to have it fail and find that it is in fact a very good chinese copy.
Your seller doesn't sound add though English is his preferred language, I wonder if they have had a batch of sensors branded as tridon and are pushing them of as such.
Can Tridon confirm that they ARE actually supplying the seller???
I'm in contact with Tridon, and the Tridon Area manager has actually collected the last faulty sensor in person as previously stated Tridon are not the problem, the seller is just a jerkQuote:
